Website purpose
This website presents FilaMC, an independent Minecraft-related project created by Wiktor Fila. It explains Shared Worlds and provides the official launcher download.
The website itself does not provide user accounts, purchases or hosted worlds. The launcher and related services are separate from this informational website and may have their own terms and licence information.
Independent project
FilaMC is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Nothing here grants you a Minecraft licence or permission to avoid Microsoft/Minecraft authentication. You must use Minecraft legitimately and follow the terms that apply to it.
Content and third-party trademarks
The original FilaMC branding, website design, illustrations and written content belong to Wiktor Fila, except where a separate licence or attribution states otherwise. Viewing the website does not grant a general licence to copy, redistribute or misrepresent those materials. Uses permitted by law remain permitted.
Minecraft and other third-party names are used to identify the software discussed. Their trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Open-source dependencies and the self-hosted font remain subject to their own licences.
Use the website responsibly
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious content, impersonate the project or misuse the contact details. Ordinary browsing, sharing links and lawful discussion of the project are welcome.
Information, availability and external links
Shared Worlds depend on participating devices and eligible hosts. World availability and synchronization performance are not guaranteed. Launcher screenshots show the interface at the time they were captured; it may change with updates.
We aim to keep information accurate, but the site may be updated, interrupted or unavailable. External websites are operated independently; linking to them is not a guarantee of their content or availability.
Responsibility and your rights
The operator is responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Website information is provided for general project presentation and should not be treated as a promise that a particular feature or release is available.
These terms do not exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove any statutory rights. Applicable mandatory consumer protections, including those of Poland and the European Union where relevant, remain unaffected.
